Accessibility Statement
C4i Solutions Ltd is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to everyone. We want all visitors to have a positive and barrier‑free experience, and we are working continuously to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, at Level AA as a minimum standard.
Our commitment
We aim to:
- Provide clear, simple navigation and readable content.
- Ensure our website works well with screen readers, magnifiers, speech input and other assistive technologies.
- Maintain strong colour contrast, logical heading structure and visible keyboard focus.
- Make sure all images have meaningful alternative text or are marked as decorative.
- Ensure videos include captions and, where possible, transcripts.
- Avoid the use of flashing or distracting content.
What we are doing
We are designing all pages with accessibility in mind from the start. Our processes include:
- Testing regularly with automated tools, manual checks and assistive technologies.
- Reviewing content and structure to ensure clarity and ease of use.
- Continually improving and updating our site as standards evolve.
Where we know we can improve
We are currently working on:
- Adding more real images and ensuring all media has full alternative text.
- Providing transcripts for upcoming video content (including #CindysThanks).
- Ensuring all PDF documents are available in accessible formats on request.
If you find any issues, please let us know so we can fix them as quickly as possible.
